You can create a subgroup of a Contact Group

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You arrive in the Contacts App

  4. Click More Options

  5. In the More Options dropdown menu: select Groups

  6. You arrive on Manage Groups

  7. Select Make a Contact Group

  8. Enter the name of the group

  9. Tick the Is this group part of another group? checkbox

  10. A dropdown menu appears where you can select an existing Group which this should be part of

  11. Press Save
