Organisation's default Outcomes
Every organisation has three automatically generated outcomes named “Being Able”, “Influencing Behaviour” and “Achieving Growth”.
Why it exists
Every indicator (indicative progress tracker, i.e. Achievement tracker, Multiple Choice tracker, Numerical tracker) has to be linked to at least one outcome.
Makerble creates one outcome of each type for you initially so that you can get started creating indicators and quantitative survey questions without having to worry about creating an outcome first.
Where you’ll see it
While creating a survey question
You can select the outcome from the Outcome dropdown list in the Create Question popup from these default outcomes unless your organisation has created its own outcomes.
While editing a survey question
When editing a quantitative question (indicator) using Edit Mode on a survey you might see these default outcomes in the Outcome dropdown list
On a project or album’s Progress Panel
In Strategy view the progress panel of a project or album displays the outcomes in blue-coloured text.
Suggested next steps
You can use Makerble to accelerate the rate at which your work creates an impact
To do this, create outcomes for the different types of change your work creates,
Mindset change (i.e. short-term outcomes such as ability, attitude and knowledge)
Behaviour change (i.e. mid-term outcomes such as achievements and habits)
Growth (i.e. long-term outcomes such as quality of life, wellbeing, financial performance, health)
