Contacts Interacted With (across the organisation)

Contacts Interacted With (across the organisation)

You can see, report and analyse the number of contacts that your organisation has interacted with, per Week, Month, Quarter and Year.

Definitions

This chart displays contacts who meet the conditions:

  1. They are in your organisation

  2. They have been tagged in a story from any project in that organisation within the specified timeframe

How to use it with filters

Projects filter

If you select a specific single project in the Projects filter, this chart will adjust to show you the contacts who meet all 3 of these conditions:

  1. They are in your organisation

  2. They are in the filtered project, but they might also be in other projects

  3. They have been tagged in a story from any project within that week, month, quarter or year

This is different to the Contacts Interacted With per Project chart as that chart is more exclusive. It only shows you the contacts who meet these 3 conditions

  1. They are in the project shown in the key of the chart (when viewed in the Contacts App) or shown on the title of the card (when viewed on a Progress Board)

  2. They have been tagged in a story from that project within the timeframe

How to access the chart and dataset

This chart is available in the Contacts App’s Productivity tab
