Access Levels to a contact

You can manage the level of access that a user has to a contact.

Access Levels

A user can have one of four Access Levels to each individual contact

  • Post Update Access

  • Profile Access

  • Headline Access

  • No Access

Access Level

User can tag the Contact in a story, i.e.

  • see the Complete Survey button on the Contact’s profile page

  • see the Build A Story section at the top of the Contact’s profile page (unless Build A Story has been disabled at the charity level)

  • see the beneficiary’s name while creating stories using the Quick Update popup

User can view the Contact’s profile page

User can see the Contact’s name , i.e.

  • on the Manage Contacts page

  • on the Project Page’s Contacts box

Access Level
