You can add a Dropdown to a Contact Form which allows people to choose one or more Answer Choices.
This article covers:
Why use Dropdowns questions?
Dropdowns are the best way to standardise your information so that you can quickly categorise and filter your contacts.
Dropdowns in Contact Forms are automatically displayed as charts on your Demographics page
You can also use each Dropdown as a Lens to split and segment your survey results or KPIs when reporting and analysing information on a Progress Board
How to add an existing Dropdown question to a Contact Form
Go to the Create (or Edit) Contact Form page
In the left panel (called Available Fields) start typing the name of the Category field to search for it - DO NOT PRESS ENTER
To speed up your filtering: use the filters to turn off the other types of fields so you’re only seeing List fields
This will reduce the Dropdown fields available
Press the green Add to Form button for the List field you want to add
It will appear on the right side
Scroll to the bottom and press Save
That’s it. You’ll arrive on your Contact Form’s profile page; from here you can add it to projects and use it in Signup Pages.
How to create a new Dropdown question within a Contact Form
