Create a Referral Page

Steps

  1. Go to the Preferences page of the project you want to create a Referral Page for

    1. Select My Apps in the top menu

    2. Put your mouseover Projects

    3. A list of projects appears

    4. Put your mouseover the name of the project you want to create a Referral page for

    5. A side menu appears

    6. Select Preferences in the side menu

    7. You arrive on the project’s Preferences page

  2. Tick the Enable Waiting List state box

  3. Tick the Assign a Contact Form checkbox

  4. Select a Contact form

  5. Tick the Create a public referral link checkbox

  6. If you want to add a survey to the Referral Page as well, tick the Assign a baseline survey to the project’s Waiting List checkbox

  7. Then select a Survey

  8. Then press Save (at this point you might be prompted to select a Contact Form to assign to the project’s Enrolled state. Select any Contact Form at this point. It is immaterial)
