You can create cases using Makerble for Android

Steps

1. Go to the contact record of the contact whom you want to create the case about

   Open

   

2. You arrive on the Bio tab

3. Select the fourth tab called New Case

4. A form appears that lets you add the details of the case

5. Press Save

6. The case has been saved and will subsequently be synced to the cloud
