• Every user has a User Profile page.

• If one or more relationships have been created between a User and a Contact, you will see the Relationships tile on that user’s profile page

  

Why the tile might not appear on a user’s profile page

• When you create a relationship, you can see a list of contacts and users whose names match your search criteria

  

• For example,

  • Let’s say you have

    • a colleague (a user) called Jobin Jose

    • and a contact called Jobin Jose

  • When you try to create a relationship between the contact Adriana Johnson and someone called Jobin Jose you will the two records for Jobin Jose within your search results, one listed under Contacts and another listed under Users

    

  • If you were to select the Jobin Jose listed under Contacts, the platform will create a relationship between Adriana and Jose (the contact) rather than between Adriana and Jose (the User)

• This could explain why you are unable to see relationships under Jose’s user profile page

  

• Whereas if you were to go to the Contact profile page of the contact Jose Jobin you would see the relationship
