If the Change Story Privacy field is included within the survey used to create a story, colleagues can use it to change the story’s privacy level while they are creating or editing the story.

You can prevent colleagues (i.e. Project Reporters) from changing a story’s privacy level whilst still allowing Project Managers and Organisation Admins to change it a story’s privacy when they need to.

Steps

1. Go to the Project Preferences page of the project that the stories are created within

2. Scroll down to the Prevent project reporters from changing a story’s privacy section

   Open

   

3. Tick that box

4. Scroll to the bottom and press Save
