You can send surveys to a contact’s Perspective Providers are part of the 360° Feedback Surveys feature.

  • A Perspective Provider is someone who can provide an opinion about another contract within your organisation or project.

  • A Perspective Provider is saved on Makerble as a type of contact.

Example usage

  • Let’s say you provide mentors to children.

  • You can use a combination of Send Surveys to Contacts and Send Surveys to Perspective Providers Survey to understand fully how each child has developed.

Rules

  • A contact can have several Perspective Providers

  • A contact can be a Perspective Provider of other contacts

  • Every Perspective Provider is a contact

  • A single Perspective can complete 360° Feedback Surveys about several Contacts

  • A witness is saved on your account as a contact

  • If contact-1 is behaving as a Witness to contact-2, then

    • Contact-1 (e.g. a parent from the previous example) will have a new tab appear on their contact profile page called Observing which lists the contacts whom they are observing, i.e. Contact-2 (e.g. their child)

    • Contact-2 (e.g. the child) will have a new tab appear on their contact profile called Witnesses (or Observers) which lists the contacts who are their witnesses (e.g. the child’s parents, the child’s teacher, the child’s siblings and the child’s friends)
