You can revoke a user’s access to content within your Organisation.

There are several types of content on Makerble and depending on the privacy settings you’ve enabled for each type of content, you can revoke access in different ways.

Contacts

User has access to the contact through External Sharing

  1. Go to the Contact Profile Page of each contact that the User has been granted access to via External Sharing

  2. Open the Privacy Settings for that contact and change the user’s access to No Access

Contacts

User has access to the contact through their role as a Project Observer, Project Reporter, Project Manager, Organisation Admin, Project Creator or Organisation Member

Remove the user from each project they are part of from

Projects

Stories

User has access to the story through Sharing With Specific Individuals

Go to the privacy setting of each story that the user has access to and remove them from the access list.

If you do not want to take this approach or you do not know which stories they have access to, deactivate the User’s Account instead.
