Ahead of or during an event, you can assign specific guests to specific workers. This can be a way of planning who will work with who.

Guests can only be assigned to Event Workers (staff at an event) when the following conditions are met:

Steps

  1. Go to the Event page

    1. Start by going to My Apps in the top menu

    2. Select Events

    3. On the Events page, select the Event you are looking for (Use the filters to find an event faster)

    4. You arrive on the Event page

  2. Select the Assign Guests button on the Event Actions panel

  3. This launches the Assign Guests popup

  4. The popup displays the Event Workers that have been added to the event and the guests that have been added to it

  5. If you are using Skills to assign workers to guests, keep the Restrict assignments tickbox selected. Otherwise, deselect it.

  6. Press save within the popup once guests have been assigned to event workers

  7. You will arrive back on the Event page where you will see a new Guest assigned to the event workers box

Assign guests from the Manage event page

  1. Click My Apps

  2. Select Events.

  3. You arrive on the Manage Event page.

  4. On the Actions row, click on the three-dot for any event.

  5. You will find a dropdown menu where you can select Assign Guests

  6. Click on Assign Guests and a pop-up will appear where you can assign guests to the workers.
