As an Organisation Admin you can turn on the Google integration which means that you and your colleagues can:

  • Use Gmail to communicate with contacts from within Makerble

    • within Makerble: see Gmail emails you have sent to contacts

    • within Makerble: see Gmail emails that colleagues have sent to contacts

    • within Makerble: send Gmail emails to contacts

  • Upload files saved in Google Drive to contacts, stories and survey responses in Makerble

  • Sync events created in Makerble to your Google Calendar

Part 1 - connect your organisation to Google

Part 2 - staff connect Makerble to Google

First, an Organisation Admin must connect your Makerble organisation to Google using the Integrations App

Then each of your users must connect their individual Google Accounts to Makerble using the User Settings page

Part 1 Steps

  1. Select More

  2. Select Control Panel

  3. Select Integrations

  4. Select Add an integration

  5. Select Google

  6. Follow the steps to sign in

  7. You arrive back on Makerble

  8. That’s it

  9. Now tell your users to do Part 2
