You can delete a progress tracker as long as it
it does not appear on a project’s targets page (If it has, you can remove it from the project’s targets page)
it has not been used in a survey or story (if it has, you must delete those stories or survey responses)
Steps
Select My Apps in top menu
Select Metrics
Click the Actions button next to the metric
A dropdown menu appears
Select Delete
