Guests can only be assigned to Event Workers (staff at an event) when the following conditions are met:

  • The Event Category used to create the event must have the Allocate Guests to Workers option enabled

  • Guests must already be added to your event before you can allocate them to event workers

Steps

  1. Go to the Event page

    1. Start by going to My Apps in the top menu

    2. Select Events

    3. On the Events page, select the Event you are looking for (Use the filters to find an event faster)

    4. You arrive on the Event page

  2. Select the Assign Guests button on the Event Actions panel

  3. This launches the Assign Guests popup

  4. The popup displays the Event Workers that have been added to the event and the guests that have been added to it

  5. If you are using Skills to assign workers to guests, keep the Restrict assignments tickbox selected. Otherwise, deselect it.

  6. Press save within the popup once guests have been assigned to event workers

  7. You will arrive back on the Event page where you will see a new Guests assigned to event workers box
