You can get help using the Chat widget on Makerble
Steps
Select the Chat button in the bottom right of your screen
Start by entering your name, email and organisation
Now you can ask your question
You’ll then receive a response a Makerble Customer Service Assistant and can continue to chat until your question is resolved
