You can designate one or more text fields from your Contact Forms to be Mobile Phone Number fields that are used for SMS Messaging.
Makerble will use the phone numbers that are designated as Mobile Phone Number fields when
Sending SMS messages to contacts
and receiving SMS messages from contacts.
