To catchup on progress using a Progress Board you must either create a Progress Board of your own or be invited to a Managed Progress Board
Switch between views
Your Progress Board loads in Cards view by default
Cards view
This displays a Card for each goal (or sub goal) being tracked
Each goal and sub goal for a project or album is shown on its own individual card
Compare view
Clicking Compare will load the Compare chart where you can see the progress being made towards several project goals, project sub goals, album goals and album sub goals in a single chart
Switch perspectives
Progress: Mine
Your Progress Board loads from the Me perspective. This means that the progress shown on the board is only based on the updates you have posted.
If you have Project Colleagues who have posted updates about progress, their updates will not contribute to the progress you see unless you select the Total perspective.
Progress: All
Progress bars on each Card automatically update to show progress logged by all your colleagues
If your project or album goals (and sub goals) have Targets, those targets are displayed in a lozenge below the progress bar
My Cards Only
My Cards Only is a type of Card Filter.
When ticked, it filters the board to only display the Goal Cards that you have been assigned to
My Cards Only is ticked by default whenever you load a Managed Progress Board
Card Filters
Press the Filter Cards button in the board’s sub menu
The board will show you the number of Cards that match the criteria set by your filters
Filter by Creator
Filter the Cards shown according to the person who added the goal to the project
Filter by Team
To use the Teams filter you need to first create a team as a way of organising the colleagues across your organisation
Filter by Visibility
This allows you to filter Cards based on who is allowed to see them.
By default all Cards are visible to everyone who is a Project Colleague and to Organisation Admins.
However you can assign goals to particular people and change the visibility setting for particular project goals so that only a limited group of people know that the project goal even exists.
This is suited to the scenario where you are using a Managed Progress Board to track your employees' progress towards their personal development goals.
Filter by Assignee
This allows you to filter Cards based on who has been assigned to post updates about that project goal.
The faces of people who have been assigned to a project goal automatically appear on the Goal Card
By default, all Project Reporters are assigned to all project goals and sub goals within a project
This can be changed on the Assign Project Goals page
Filter by Project
This allows you to filter cards based on the project that the goals and sub goals belong to
Filter by Goal
This allows you to filter cards based on the goals and sub goals being tracked
A goal and sub goal can be tracked on multiple projects and albums
This allows you to compare progress towards common goals across different projects
Filter by Progress
This allows you to filter Cards based on whether any progress has been logged for them at all. You can display
Cards with progress
Cards with no progress
This is useful for identifying the project goals and sub goals that need to be chased up
Filter by Due Date
This allows you to filter Cards based on the next upcoming deadline
