Relationships

• A Story Change record is created when a story is created in which a value is added to a Change

• Progress can be logged anonymously towards a Change or identifiably by tagging a beneficiary

• When a beneficiary is tagged in a Change within a story, this created Story Change Beneficiary data

Rules

• When progress is logged towards an Activity Change, i.e. a story is created about a Activity Progress Tracker; the Story Change value equals the number that was entered into a single numerical field

• When progress is logged towards a Participation Change, i.e. a story is created about an Attendance Progress Tracker; the Story Change value equals the number of beneficiaries who have Story Change Beneficiary data created for them in that story against that particular indicator PLUS the number added in the Anonymous Contacts field
