You can create White label Survey Portals that allow intermediaries to send your survey to their audience and analyse results of the responses they get using those surveys.

...

  • All the access that an intermediary gets can be controlled by the organisation admin

  • Each intermediary gets their own login where they can only see survey results from their audience

  • When you login, you get to see an aggregate of the responses from across every intermediary and you can slice and dice the results, e.g. to only see results from one, two, three or more intermediaries

  • You can allow the intermediary to have access to progress boards as well as Demographics to see some more in depth results of their audience

See how White label surveys can be used for Research studies, Lead Generation and Member Benefits.

Research study

Lead Generation

Member Benefits

Reason you are running the survey

E.g. an independent research study to understand the attitudes of school pupils from schools across London

E.g. you are a consultancy that helps companies improve their culture.

  • You want to acquire new customers by providing a free (or freemium) survey that employers can send to their employees to gain insights.

  • You expect that a proportion of the employers that use your free survey will go on to hire your firm to deliver consultancy services

E.g. you are a membership body and you want to provide your members with a resource that enables them to gain fresh insights into how they can better serve their own clients in relation to a particular topic, such as post-covid recovery.

How it works

  • Using a Project Template you can control the level of access that each member has

  • Each member exists as a project. If each member has several members of staff, each person can have their own Login which takes them to the private dashboards showing results from their audience.

  • When you login as an Organisation Admin, you will see an aggregate of the responses from across every member and you can slice and dice the results, e.g. to only see results from one, two, three or more members

  • You can allow the member to have access to progress boards as well as Demographics to see some more in depth results of their audience

Survey deployment options

You can control how intermediaries members can deploy the survey

Public Link

Personalised Links

  • The intermediary member gets one link which they share with the respondents

  • Everyone who completes the survey using that link is recorded against the intermediary’s member’s project

  • Responses are anonymous, unless respondents choose to include identifiable information about themselves within answers to open text questions

Other considerations

  • You can choose to enable the Respondent Name field which gives respondent the option of identifying themselves by providing their name.

  • The intermediary member has to copy the Email Addresses of the respondents and paste them into Makerble

  • Each respondent then receives an email that has their personalised unique survey link

  • Responses are identifiable, i.e. they are linked to each respondent’s email address

Progress Board and Demographics options

You can control if the intermediaries can see the certain progress boards and data related to Demographics on the Survey Portal. This way they can do in-depth analysis of the responses.
