You need to turn on Referral Links for your organisation
You need to a Contact Form that will appear on Page 1
You need a Survey that will appear on Page 2
Once you have those three, you can create a Referral Link which contains the
Contact Form
Survey
Any additional surveys that will appear on subsequent pages
Once the Referral Link is created, you can copy the Referral Link and share it using the methods of your choice
