  • If you are an Organisation Admin, you can delete any story within your organisation

Steps

  1. Go to the Story’s page (get there by following these steps)

  2. Press the More Options button

  3. Select Delete

Delete a story that you find on a Timeline

Note: wherever you delete a story from, you are deleting it permanently across the platform

Use the Timeline Filters to identify the stories that are tagged to specific Progress Trackers, projects, contacts or which have other specific characteristics.

Steps

  1. Go to the story’s page or the timeline that the story is on. (Consider using the Timeline Filters to find the story)

  2. Click the cog icon that appears in the top right corner of the story

  4. Select Delete

Delete a story from a project’s Manage Updates page

  1. Go to the project’s Manage Updates page

  2. Use the pagination to find the story you want. They are listed in reverse chronological order.

  3. Press the Delete button next to the story
