Steps to login

Requirement: you must first Sign Up to the Helpdesk Portal before you can login to it: Sign up to access your Personal Helpdesk portal

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. A dropdown menu appears

  3. Select Request Support

  4. A new tab opens with a view of the public porta

  5. Select Login

  6. You arrive in your portal where you can see the status and conversation history of your tickets as well as create new ones
