You can get event guests to check themselves into your event using a shared device provided by you (e.g. a tablet) or using their own smartphone.

How it works in practice	You open the Self Check-In Page on the tablet You pass the tablet around to each guest Each guest finds their name, clicks their name and then completes the form to check-in to the event (i.e. log their attendance) Once each guest is done, they pass on the tablet to the next person	You copy the link or print the QR code to the Self Check-In Page You send that link or QR code to each guest via Email and/or SMS using the Message Guests button on the Event page or print the QR code and use it Each guest opens the link on their phone or scan the QR code, finds their name, clicks their name and then completes the form to check-in to the event (i.e. log their attendance)

You can open or share the Self Check-in Page from several locations on Makerble:

For security reasons, the Self Check-in Page can only be opened in a window in which you are not already signed into Makerble.

This is to prevent event guests from accessing other parts of your account and seeing sensitive information you would not want them to see.
