If you want to use Custom Forms to create your contacts rather than classic Contact Forms (previously called Beneficiary Categories), you can turn on Custom Forms.

  • This means that across your organisation, Custom Forms will be used instead of classic Contact Forms.

Steps

  1. Select More in the top menu

  2. Select Control Panel

  3. Scroll down to the Preferences option

  4. Select it

  5. You arrive on Organisation Preferences page,

  6. In the Contact Form section, select Custom Forms for Contacts

  7. Press Save
