Page Comparison

Steps:

1. Go to the Survey Campaign page for one of your projects and surveys (e.g. https://www.makerble.com/projects/mixed-netball/story_categories/1564/survey_campaign)

2. There is now a new option called Observers complete the survey about contacts (Orange arrow). Click the Send Survey button

   

3. This takes you to the Send 360° Feedback Survey page

4. When you click a beneficiary, it launches the Witnesses popup for that specific beneficiary. The screenshot shows the Witnesses popup for a beneficiary called Andrew Arling.

   

5. The Witnesses table displays any Witnesses that have already been added for that beneficiary.

6. Select the Witnesses you want to use on this occasion: (these people will be sent an email inviting them to complete a survey about this beneficiary)

   

7. From this popup you can also add new Witnesses. In the Add New Witnesses section, simply type in the email address of new people that you want to add as Witnesses for this beneficiary

8. Press Save once you have selected all the Witnesses you want to add. This will close the popup.

9. The Witnesses you have added are displayed in the Survey Distribution List. The list is nested. It shows the name of the beneficiary in bold and then below that, it shows the names of the witnesses.

   

10. You can add optionally an add additional message that will be inserted into the email that is sent to the Witnesses. Then press
