• when their contact record was created

• when the contact was added to (or removed from) each project and each state within that project

• which user did each of those actions

• which contact, if any, referred this contact to each project

Steps to access a contact’s history

1. Access the Contact Profile Page of the contact whose history you want to see

2. Press the arrow within the History section to expand it

3. Scroll down to see the full history of movement for that contact

4. From here you can

   1. Record which referral partner (contact) referred a contact to a project

   2. See which contact referred this contact to each project

   3. See which other contacts have been referred to projects by this contact

   4. Change the date that

...

1. 1. this contact was added to a project state

   2. See when

...

1. 1. this contact was added to a project state and by which user

   2. See when

...

1. 1. this contact was created

2. Press the arrow again to collapse the History section once you are finished
