How to access your imports
Select My Apps in the top menu
Select Imports
You arrive on the Manage Imports page
Columns of the Manage Imports table
Name of the column | What it means |
---|---|
Import title | The name that was given to the import when it was started |
Destination | The name of the project or organisation that the contacts or stories were imported into. Click the title to go to its profile page.

Date imported | When the import was initiated |
Type | The type of content that was imported. There are three options:

Original File | Click this link to download the original csv that was uploaded in order to do the import |
This displays the data that was imported and the records that were created, e.g. the contacts and the stories. (How to access the Data Table) | |
Items imported | Shows the number of contacts or stories that were imported |
Pending, Completed, Failed, Deleted | Shows the number of records at each status level |
Action | You can delete an import that was done by mistake. This will delete the stories or contacts that were created. |
