Distance Travelled?

Distance Travelled shows you change over time in a person’s responses to a survey question.

  • Makerble calculates Distance Travelled automatically for each contact who has answered the same survey question more than once.

  • Distance Travelled is displayed on a Board. Simply add a Card for that question to your Board to see the Distance Travelled.

Steps

  1. Create a new Board (or edit an existing one)

    1. Edit a Managed Board

    2. Edit a basic Progress Board

  2. Add to your Board the survey questions that you want to calculate Distance Travelled for:

    1. On the page that lets you Add Progress Trackers to the Board:

      1. Find the project the survey is used on

      2. Click the name of the project to open a list of Progress Trackers (this includes survey questions) being used on that project. (Note: Survey Questions might have different wording within the survey to the wording of the Progress Tracker itself)

      3. Progress Trackers are categorised according to the /wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/40435785 they come under.

      4. Press the green tick symbol next to the survey question to add it to the board

      5. Change the order in which the survey questions appear on your board by using the up/down arrows to reorder them

    2. Press Save (or keep pressing Next until you get to the final tab where you can press Save or Publish)

  3. The Progress Tracker for the survey question is now visible on your Board

  4. Click the title of the Progress Tracker to launch the Card Popup

  5. Depending on the type of Progress Tracker you are using, the contents of the Card Popup will vary. If you are using a Multiple Choice Tracker, you will see a minimum of three charts in the Card Popup
