Create a Tip

  1. In the Tips popup

  2. Press the Create Tip button

  3. You arrive on the Create Tip page

  4. Follow the steps to create a tip and then press Save

  5. You will arrive on the Tip’s page. To return to the Progress Board you were on originally, follow the steps to go to a Board

Add a Tips to your favourites

  • In the Tips Popup

  • Click the Heart icon to save a Tip to your favourites.

  • Tips that you add to your favourites appear in your My Tips

Discuss a

Tip

  • Start typing in the Write a comment text box below each tip

  • Press the red Post button once you have finished your comment

  • This will begin a discussion about that tip and send the Tip Creator a notification to let them know that someone has commented on their tip

Tag someone in a comment about a tip

  • Press the “@” symbol while writing a comment about a tip

  • This will allow you to enter the name of one of your colleagues and tag them in your comment

  • Once you press Post, your colleague will receive a notification letting them know that you tagged them in a comment

  • Every tip was created by a person or an organisation

  • The profile picture and name of the creator of each Tip is displayed in the top left corner of the tip

  • Click the name or profile picture to visit the Profile Page of the tip’s creator

Tip you own

  • If you are the creator of a Tip (or have Editorial Ownership of a tip owned by your organisation), you will see the 3-dot menu button appear in the top right corner of the tip

  • Clicking the icon produces a dropdown menu that contains an Edit button

  • Pressing Edit will redirect you to the Edit Tip page where you can change everything about the tip

Tip you own

  • If you are the creator of a Tip (or have Editorial Ownership of a tip owned by your organisation), you will see the option to Delete your tip from the 3-dot dropdown menu in the top right corner of the tip.

  • You can also delete a tip from your My Tips
