Page Comparison

Steps:

1. Go to the Survey Campaign page for one of your projects and surveys (e.g. https://www.makerble.com/projects/mixed-netball/story_categories/1564/survey_campaign)There is now a new option called Observers complete the survey about contacts (Orange arrow). that survey on that project

2. Select the Send Survey button below where it says Perspective Providers

   Click the Send Survey button

   

3. This takes you to the Send 360° Feedback Survey page

   1. (e.g. https://www.makerble.com/send_survey/new?project_id=1025&story_category_id=1564&survey_type=360)The page displays a list of the contacts within the project

      

4. When you click a beneficiarycontact, it launches the Witnesses Perspective Providers popup for that specific beneficiarycontact.

5. The Witnesses Perspective Providers table displays any Witnesses Perspective Providers that have already been added for that beneficiarycontact.

6. Select the Witnesses Perspective Providers whom you want to invite to use on this occasioncomplete this survey about the contact: (these people will be sent an email inviting them to complete a survey about this beneficiarycontact)

   

7. From this popup you can also add new WitnessesPerspective Providers. In the Add New Witnesses sectionperspective providers text box, simply type in the email address of new people that you want to add as Witnesses Perspective Providers for this beneficiarycontact

8. Press Save once you have selected all the Witnesses Perspective Providers you want to add. This will close the popup.

9. The Witnesses Perspective Providers you have added are displayed in the Survey Distribution List.

   1. The list is nested.

   2. It shows the name of the

   beneficiary

   1. contact in bold and then below that, it shows the names of the

   witnesses

   1. Perspective Providers.

10. STEP 2: You can add optionally an add additional message that will be inserted into the email that is sent to the Witnesses. Then press Perspective Providers.

11. Press the Send Survey button

Perspective Provider who receives the email

Each Witness Perspective Provider will receive an email.

• The subject of the email is the name of the beneficiary they are a Witness Perspective Providers of and the name of the Survey

• The email contains

  • (1) the custom message that was inserted;

  • (2) a unique create story url which allows the

  Witness

  • Perspective Provider to create a story about that beneficiary using the story category of the Survey Campaign for the project of the Survey Campaign

When the Witness Perspective Provider clicks the link, they arrive on the Create Story Complete A Survey page where they can complete the survey (create a story using that Story Category) for the beneficiary contact that they are a Witness Perspective Provider for.

Once the Witness Perspective Provider has completed the survey (i.e. created the story about that beneficiarycontact) they are taken to the Successful Completion page
