  1. Select My Apps from the top menu

  2. Select Projects

  3. You arrive on the My Projects page

  4. Find the project that you want to set targets for

  5. Select the More Options button for that project

  6. Select Targets

  7. You arrive on the project’s Targets page

  8. You should only tick the Cumulative Annual and Cumulative All-Time tick boxes once you have saved your most recently added set of targets. (I.e. press save, then return to the Targets page and then tick the Cumulative tick boxes)

  9. Set targets for each goal and sub goalProgress Trackers

    1. It is fine okay to set targets for some Progress Trackers and not others

  10. Choose Add deadlines if you want to set Monthly or Quarterly targets.

    1. You can choose the date of each Deadline and can therefore set custom deadlines for your targets

    2. When setting targets for each Deadline, enter the actual figure for that ‘period’, rather than the cumulative figure. (This is because Makerble will automatically calculate the cumulative figure for that period)

    3. A ‘period’ is the time between each deadline column

  11. If for progress tracking purposes your year starts on a date other than 1st January, use the Year Start Date to pick an alternative date to base your year fromPress savestart your year on

  12. Either type in the new date or use the Date Picker by clicking the calendar icon

  13. Scroll to the bottom and press save once you have finished adding Targets and Deadlines

  14. You return to the Project page
