How to enable Contact Flags

Steps

  1. Go to the Control Panel

  2. Select Preferences

  3. Tick the Enable Contact Flags checkbox

  4. Press save

How to create new types of Contact Flag

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. Select More Options

  4. In the dropdown select Flags

  5. You arrive on the Contact Flags page

  6. Press the Create Flag button

  7. You arrive on the Create Flag page

  8. Give the Flag a name and choose a colour

  9. Press Save

How to enable a Contact Flag on a Contact Profile page

Steps

  1. Go to the Contact Profile page

  2. Scroll down until you see the Flags box on the left side

  3. Press the Add a Flag button

  4. This allows you to select a type of Flag

  5. Choose it and enter a description that outlines why this Flag is being assigned to this contact

  6. Press save

  7. The flag now exists on that Contact and will appear next to the name of the contact on the

    2. Event pages
